Get Movin Training is a continuing training program that will be targeting the following races in the Spring of 2016:
Any other events you might be interested in training for can easily be acommidated as well.
The program is free, and all are welcome and encouraged to join.
We will meet twice a week (Tuesday Evenings at 6pm at Mission Bay for Interval Training and Saturday Mornings at 7am at Movin Shoes in Pacific Beach for a long continuous run).
All participants will get a complete training schedule for the period, as well as various clinics to address a wide variety of topics.
We hope to add more and more benefits to the program too, and will let you know once you enroll.
