BIG SPLASH CHALLENGE Kid (5K Run/Walk + 1 Mile Fun Run, 18 & under)

About the event:

The proceeds from this race will be used for school improvement projects which will directly benefit the students at Lake Sybelia Elementary School. Your participation in this fundraiser is a wonderful opportunity to help out these dynamite dolphins while enjoying a scenic course which starts at Lake Sybelia Elementary School and winds around beautiful Lake Sybelia and Lake Catherine, ending back at the school.

Free 25 Yard Dash:

Big Splash Challenge (5k + 1 mile):
- Discounted Registration opportunity for participating in both races
Pizza Party for the Teacher's Class with the most votes:
- At packet pickup, please make sure that you mention which Teacher's Class you are supporting for the pizza party! This goes for kids, adults, friends, neighbors, etc. Each registered participant gets one vote. After the race the Teacher's Class with the most runners' votes will be announced and will receive a pizza party to celebrate their hard work. So make sure and tell your friends and neighbors who might be interested in running the Dolphin Dash 5K to mention YOUR TEACHER at packet pick-up!
Restrictions:
- For safety reasons, bicycles, in-line skates, skateboards and dogs will NOT be allowed in the race.
- Strollers are welcome. (We even have a division for those of you pushing your kiddos!)

- Note: There is NO PARKING at the event location itself, so please plan accordingly and arrive early enough to park and walk (or job to warm-up) the short distance from the Maitland Concourse Parking Area.
Race Course:
The 5K course starts at Lake Sybelia Elementary and winds around beautiful lakes Sybelia and Catherine, ending back at the school. A detailed map will be posted shortly.
