Viva la Margarita 5K Orlando 2015

Join us on May 23, 2015 when Viva La Margarita Race series will be making a splash in beautiful Lake Baldwin Park, Orlando! Enjoy the 3.1 course filled with fun surprises, then reward yourself with a refreshing drink of margarita. You've earned the right to stay twisted!

Race Day

Arrive early to park and begin race at exactly 10:00 AM
Rest rooms available at location
Water station will be located throughout the course
Prizes for most twisted! Will you be donned in mariachi get-up?
Race medals to all finishers
Waves

Waves may be assigned. Waves are assigned by pace as indicated at registration. Your wave, if assigned will be given to you at package pick up.

Post Race Celebration:

Join your fellow runners, walkers, and the twisted for the fiesta post-race party!.

Live music keeps the party going while runners pose with characters, learn a dance step or two. Samba, merengue, salsa? Whatever your delight, stay for the fest and soak up the pulsating latin beats with your friends and family.

Awards Ceremony

The awards ceremony is tentatively scheduled for 11:00AM. Only the top 3 overall male and female runners will be announced at the Post Race Party.

Race awards will be given to the top 3 finishers in each age group. Awards for each age groups are 14 and under, 15-19, 20-24 and every 5 years through 70+ All awards for these brackets will be mailed within 4-6 weeks.

Package pick-up

Packet pick-up will be held on May 21st and 22nd from 11AM -7PM both days. Come see us at:

Package will include:

Dri- fit t-shirt (not guaranteed after May 9 registration)
Race bib with chip from timing
Tickets for margarita (virgin margarita also available for under 21)
