The American Medical Women's Association from the University of West Florida is providing the public an opportunity to be a superhero for all women. As future female health care providers, the A.M.W.A. understands the undying importance of breast cancer awareness and women’s health. Therefore, part of the proceeds of this event will be donated to a local free clinic that provides medical services to underprivileged women, as well as the National AMWA’s Breast Cancer Task Force. Participation not only supports the well-being of all women in our lives, but also honors those who lost their battle with cancer. We encourage all participants to dress like superheroes to support women's health and the fight against breast cancer!

Join us after the race for refreshments, activities, and a speaker from Sacred Heart Hospital. A prize will be issued for best times and to the most spirited superhero!
