Description

Rock and Run 8K and 2 Mile Run/Walk takes place on Labor Day weekend.  Starts at 4:30 p.m. and is a scenic evening run along shoreline of Black Hawk Lake. Two mile turns around at Gunshot Hill while 8K turns around at 30 acre campground.  Cost is $25 for 8K and includes tech shirt; $20 for 2 mile run/walk and includes tech shirt.  Kids Dash is free.  Fitbit prizes for overall male/female winners of 8K.  Register online or call 712-830-2995.  Registrants after August 31st will not receive a t-shirt.
