Prayer & Fun Color Run

 Come enjoy a wonderful morning of prayer, fitness, fun, family and fellowship! This 5K race will run throughout the town of Readlyn. It will start at Community Lutheran School’s Parking lot located at 124 W 4th St. The Kids’ Color Dash will start promptly at 9 a.m. and the kids will run through the park and back to the school for a “fun run”. They will get to have fun with the color first! Then shortly after, we will begin the 5K race with a prayer from Pastor Moss. At packet pick-up from 7:30 to 8:30 am, each runner will receive a blank prayer band on which they can write things of what they wish to pray about during their race. Also, throughout the race, we will have ½ mile markers with prayer ideas for all runners. There will be medals for the top two in each age/gender bracket.  Our goal is to have this event bring you closer to God in prayer. There will also be some fun with the color so don’t forget to wear the race shirt or a white shirt! All proceeds go to Community Lutheran School and our mission to inspire students to go forth and live Christ-centered lives!
