Individualized Training Program
You pick your spring marathon and Coach Kearney will create a custom program for you.
Two weekly group training runs
Thursday Evenings @ 6 p.m. - Interval type workouts
Sunday Mornings @ 7:30 a.m. - long run workouts
Online Training Diary
Coach Kearney will look over your training throughout the program.
Adjustments, encouragement, training tips and questions can be addressed through the online training diary by Coach Kearney.

*All proceeds from the training program will be used to support the Dana-Faber Marathon Challenge. Martha Kearney (Coach Kearney’s wife) will be running the 2016 Boston Marathon representing this awesome cancer research charity!
