Tri-N-Run has a coach developed 5K Training program that will get you from walking to running 3.1 miles in a safe weekly progression. If you are a new runner or someone who has already done one or more 5Ks, we are excited that you are taking the next step to build strength and develop your running.
Train for the Tri-N-Run Turkey Trot 5K with others and reach your goal before the year is over!
Training include group run/walks on Wednesday morning @ 10AM and Saturday morning @ 7:30AM at Tri-N-Run. Moms and dads are welcome to bring their strollers and train with your babies/toddlers.
