West Sixth 6K

It's back! Join us for the Second Annual West Sixth 6K sunset run hosted by West Sixth Brewing and Broke Spoke Community Bike Shop. This 6K run (3.7 miles) will begin and end at Coolavin Park. The course will take you through downtown Lexington and a portion of the Legacy Trail!

All proceeds will benefit Broke Spoke Community Bike Shop and will be used to beautify the outside of the shop with a fresh paint job and community bike mural. Last year with the help of the Bluegrass Cycling Club and funds raised by the West Sixth 6K, Broke Spoke installed a U-fix-It work station and water fountain/bottle filling station outside the shop.

This will be a timed, out and back 6K course into the downtown Lexington sunset. When you and your friends have finished the race you can head over to the taproom to enjoy a West Sixth Beer, food from Smithtown Seafood or Red State Barbeque, and a party for the history books! Runners will also be given a commemorative pint glass with the W6K logo emblazoned! (*Beer & BBQ not Included in run registration!)
