Chill's 5K

The Chill's 5K Run/Walk takes place on September 5, 2015 at 8:00 am. The Run/Walk is hosted by the Fraternal Order of Police, Fort Logan Lodge #84 in memory of Captain T.J. and Cindy Hill. Proceeds from the race will be used to give scholarships to a student in Lincoln and Garrard County, and a donation to the McCormack Christian Church Foundation Fund in memory of the Hills.

Registration begins at 7:00 am on Main Street in downtown Stanford.

Registration is $20.00 before Aug. 28th. Late-registration/Day-of-Registration is $25.00. Registration forms can be found at the Lincoln County Attorney's Office, Stanford Police Department, and Stanford City Hall, or call 859-319-2120 to have one sent to you. Register early to choose between a dry-fit or cotton t-shirt. T-shirts will be available to those who register at the event. There will also be door prizes.

The FOP, Fort Logan Lodge #84 will also conduct a flag raising ceremony in memory of Captain T.J. "Jeff" Hill at 10:00 am in the park by the parking garage. Everyone is invited to attend.
