Rehab Reindeer Run

Hosted by Minden Medical Center Rehab & Physical Therapy, this year we hope to get everyone in the Christmas Spirit! We will run/walk through downtown Minden, down Elm Street and back, and through Minden’s beautiful historic district all while enjoying Christmas lights, decorations, and music. Come join us for a Jolly Good Time!

Starting Time: Friday, December 16, 2022 6:00pm

Registration: Early Registration is $30 until November 28th. All participants who register by November 28th will receive a long sleeve official Rehab Reindeer Run T-shirt.

Late Registration is $35 on November 29th until Race Day. Student Price is $25 at all times.

Race Course: The course will begin and end at the entrance to Minden Medical Center, #1 Medical Plaza, Minden, LA. Participants will run/walk through downtown Minden, down Elm Street and back, and through Minden’s beautiful historic district all while enjoying Christmas lights, decorations, and music. 

Packet Pickup: Thursday, December 15th, 9:00-5pm, in MMC’s Front Lobby at #1 Medical Plaza and on Race Day in front of the hospital Noon-5:30pm before the race. 

Race Day Parking: Participants may park in the Minden Medical Center Parking Lot

Age Group Awards: A male and female in each of the following age groups will receive awards: 12 and under, 13-18, 19-25, 26-30, 31-35, 36-40, 41-45, 46-50, 51-55, 56-65, 66+. There will also be an overall 1st place male & 1st place female award. 

Post Race Party: Following the race we will have complimentary food and drink items provided by local vendors.
