Located at the Broadmoor YMCA:
215 Carroll Street, Shreveport, LA, 71105
Race starts at 8:00 AM.
Fees: $25.00 Any registration after 7/15/2016
Leapfrogs (4-6 years old) 25 meter swim, 1/2 mile bike, 1/4 mile run.
Road Runners (7-10 years old) 50 meter swim, 2 mile bike, 1/2 mile run
Gladiators (11-14 years old) 100 meter swim, 3 mile bike, 1 mile run
Course Description:
Race starts and finishes at the Broadmoor YMCA. Participants swim at the Broadmoor pool, run and bike down Roma Drive, towards Captain Shreve, and a back to the Y. The race will begin at the pool inside the Y. Lifeguards will be provided for safety. Flotation devices are allowed on the swim. Both bike and run courses are closed to traffic.
Awards: This event is untimed & all finishers will receive an official race medal.
Packet Pick-up: You may pick up your packet at the Broadmoor YMCA Friday, July 29th from 6:30 AM to 7:30 PM, or on race day.
Required Equipment: All participants must have a bike, bike helmet, and running shoes.
