Description
Come out for a great morning of running to support Cornerstone Montgomery with their second Be Brave 5K Run and Walk. Registered runners will receive a gender specific Tech T Shirt. The 5K run starts at 8:30am and runs on a course through Wheaton Regional Park. The rolling course is a great way to start the day! Prizes for the 5K race: 1st place male and female finisher in the ten year age groups and 1st place male and female overall. Five minutes after the 5K run starts we will start the 5K walk. If you are unable to run you can be a virtual runner or sponsor a walker in the donations section to walk for the cause.
Cornerstone Montgomery empowers people living with mental health and co-occurring substance use disorders to live, work, and integrate successfully within the community.
