Description
The 7th Annual E-race the Stigma 5k will be held on Saturday, October 1st in downtown Adrian, MI.This years event will be held in memory and honor of long time Race Director Greg Adams who tragically passed away earlier this year. He was passionate about this event and increasing awareness of mental health issues.
Race starts Downtown at the four corners: Main and Maumee. There will be a new route that extends outside of Downtown.
We encourage people of all abilities to register and will hold a shortened kids dash for younger participants. All kids dash participants will receive a medal.
Pricing: $15.00 for 5k participants, $5.00 kids dash. $20 on race day.
T-shirts not guaranteed after September 19th. T-shirts available after that date as supplies last.
TWO packet pickups prior to the event:
Early Packet pickup will beheld on Friday September 30th from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm. This will be at the Employee Entrance of the Human Service Building, side entrance (Metcalf Street). Just pull up to the covered awning and staff will meet you at the car, just let them know your name and/or bib number. Address: 1040 S. Winter Street, Adrian, MI 49221
Race day packet pick up starting at 8:00 am race day morning.
Parking available in the Toledo Street lot
Awards will be given to the top 3 5k finishers in each age group, male and female.
Results will be posted during the race on this web site.
All proceeds to support health education programs in Lenawee County. Our goal is to increase the awareness of mental health issues with a focus on overall health and wellness; mind, body, and spirit.

If you would like to support our cause and get a free entry to the race donate $50. When you register for the race your entry will be free! Simply Sign Up and follow the steps to register and on the donation screen enter $50. (Discount applied during checkout) Donate $25 and you'll receive a $5 discount off your 5k race entry fee.
