Join Terra Castro, head coach of Be Bold Crew and elite athlete, for a Running Mechanics clinic. We will focus on the 3 C's: Core, Conditioning, & Corrective work. Work on making your Weaknesses your Strength + Injury Prevention so that you can be a more efficient and healthy runner. There will be a group run after the 6:30 clinic. EACH SESSION WILL BE CAPPED AT 15 PARTICIPANTS.
