Former University of Michigan Cross Country and Track coach Ron Warhurst will share his thoughts on how to train to get the most out of yourself on race day. Coach Warhurst has coached the full spectrum of runners, from the Olympic medalist to the beginning 5k runner. He will share some key characteristics that he sees with athletes that are able to get the most out of themselves on race day, how to better prepare yourself for the demands of your race and many other tips that he has come across in his 40+ years of coaching. This clinic will be capped at 50 participants.
