2023 TRESTLE TREK RACES

Saturday April 15th, 2023 Trestle Trek Races featuring a  Half Marathon, 10 K and a 4 Mile run/walk. All races will be run on the Wadhams to Avoca Trail. All races will cross the famous train trestle 2 times. This old train trestle is Michigan oldest and longest non- motorized bridge which 60 ft above Mill Creek. Trail is all a very fine packed small gravel.    All races are out and back with aid stations and bathrooms provided along route. All  Half Marathon finishers will receive a large finisher medal at finish. All 4 Mile and 10K participants will get a finisher medal. All overall event winners will receive special awards, top 3 in each age division will also be awarded. Parking for the event will be at Avoca Elementary School near start finish line area. All participants registered by April 9th will be guaranteed a long sleeve cotton T- Shirt.   Packet pick up will be held at Elite Feet in downtown Port Huron 327 Huron Ave from 10-5 on April 14h. All races will start and finish at trail head in Avoca. Proceeds from these events will benefit the Yale High School Cross Country Programs. Day of registration begins at 7:00 a.m. near start/finish area. Packet pick up will begin at 7:00 a.m. also near the start/finish area on race morning.
