A supportive training program for half and full marathon runners to reach their distance or time goals. Marathon training is 16 weeks and the Half marathon training is 12 weeks ending on April 3rd at the Ann Arbor Marathon/Half Marathon. Training programs will include a detailed training plan, educational clinics, hosted group runs on Tuesday evening and Sunday morning, and a Running Lab tech top. ALL PACES OF RUNNERS WELCOMED AND ENCOURAGED!
Kickoff and Informational meeting will be held December 9th, 7p @ Running Lab.
Marathon training begins Monday, December 14th (Sunday Long Runs 7a, location varies week to week)
Half marathon training begins Monday, January 11th (Sunday long runs 7a, location varies week to week)
