Run, Walk or Limp for Lymphoma 5k

This is a 5k race for Lymphoma with proceeds going to the Lymphoma Research Foundation.  

First 50 people to pre-register will get a FREE GIFT on race day!!!!!

Top female and male finisher will receive a free Training Mask, and top finishers in each age group will receive free half-off memberships at Family Video.  All pre-registered participants will receive a race T-Shirt. 

We will start racing at the Training Mask plant on Plett Rd in Cadillac, Michigan and race down Cadillac's beautiful riverwalk.  Racers will take a mile run along Cadillac city streets and through Family Video parking lot to turn around then back to the riverwalk to the finish line.  There will be a couple city streets to cross but none are busy and we are not anticipating much traffic to hinder our run, that being said runners will need to watch for cars during this portion of the run. The riverwalk walk is pedestrian only.  

You may walk or run this race all participants will be timed, fastest times will be awarded in each age group.
