Kick off your holiday by staying active and healthy with your family, friends, and the Playmakers Fitness Foundation! Join us at the 2023 Playmakers Holiday Classic Run/Walk! The event will be held at Jenison Field House, and the 5K course will take participants through the campus of Michigan State University.
How does the official start and the open/flexible start line work?
Start your 5K run/walk any time between 8:55-9:15am. Given the width of the course and the non-competitive nature of the Holiday Classic, there will not be an official start. After the national anthem, simply head out to the starting line and begin your run/walk when you feel comfortable. The starting line area (on the River Trail behind Jenison Field House) will be wide, and the space is open to allow for your friends and family to gather before you being.
Are Dogs allowed at the Holiday Classic?: Dogs are allowed at the event. However, per MSU policy, must remain outside of Jenison Field House unless registered as a service animal.
Family and Friends pricing: Save $3 per person when registering 3 or more participants at the same time.
Packet Pickup at Playmakers (2299 W Grand River Okemos, MI 48864):
Thursday, Dec 21 from 11am-6pm
Friday, Dec 22 from 11am-6pm
Saturday, Dec 23 from 7:30am-9am at Jenison Field House
Peak Performance Physical Therapy will be on-site during the Holiday Classic for those with questions, needing medical assistance, or simply have questions regarding their practice.
