Faith Community Church 3rd Annual 5K Run/Walk for Wellness

The mission of Faith Community's Wellness Project is to improve the health of individuals within our community by providing opportunities to be physicially active, increasing health awareness and providing support services to reinforce continued healthy choices. Proceeds from our third annual 5K will help to fund our Wellness Project in Mt. Pleasant, MI.

Each year, FCC partners with another charity in support of a meaningful cause. This year, runners will also be given the opportunity to raise awareness of The Smoky Mountain Children's Home in Sevierville, TN. This is a faith-based, not-for-profit, multi-service agency providing professional care and treatment for boys and girls referred to their services due to emotional, behavioral, and life situations. Ten percent of the proceeds from the 5K will be donated to The Smoky Mountain Children's Home.
