This is not your typical fun run! Good Form Project is a 1.5 hour workout designed to reinforce the 3 points of Good Form Running. Participants will be taken through a variety of cardio and strengthening exercises that are designed to directly improve posture, landing, and lean.
This workout is designed for runners of most abilities! We encourage everyone from the beginner runner to the elite marathoner to participate (ideally you are able to complete 1 mile in 15 minutes)
Participants that attend all 3 sessions will recieve a FREE "Good Form Project v2" t-shirt.
