KAR Annual Membership Meeting

The 2023 Annual Membership Meeting, Election and Runner Recognition Awards will be held on March 29, 2023 at 6:00pm at the Portage Senior Center.

The evening will feature dinner, the Annual Membership Meeting & Election, the 2022 Runner Recognition Awards Presentation and a Door Prize Drawing.

This event is FREE to current Kalamazoo Area Runners (KAR) members and $10 per person for Non-member guests. The event fee is discounted on the final registration page for all current KAR members.  The event runs from 6:00 - 7:30 pm and the agenda is as follows:

• 6:00 - 6:30 - Arrival and Dinner
• 6:30 - 6:45 - Annual Membership Meeting and Election
• 6:45 - 7:15 - 2022 Runner Recognition Awards Presentation 
• 7:15 - 7:30 - Door Prize Drawing 

We ask that you follow our COVID-19 guidelines. Our goal is to provide a safe and healthy environment for our runners and we ask everyone to follow the following guidelines.

• Due to the current level of spread in our community and the congregate nature of this event, masks are not required, but encouraged. 
• Stay home if you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, tested positive for COVID-19 or have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 based on the new isolation and quarantine guidelines issued by the CDC. The new guidelines can be found here
