The concept is to give a group training feel that is flexible, at a training venue that is interesting and scenic. An advisory group made up of cross country coaches who choose to participate have developed the specifics of the program in conjunction with the Uncle John’s management. They will be on site on the event days to run the program (not all members will be present every week). This inaugural year’s program is meant to be a non-profit group but if there happens to be profits from the program (after Uncle John’s expenses are paid), the profit will be divided among the participating coaches’ cross country team(s) as fundraising for each program.
