Description
The Diva Dash 5K & Lil' Princess Girls Run St. Louis will not be able to be held on Saturday, July 11 at 8 am at the Upper Muny Lot in Forest Park. We have not been able to get a permit in St. Louis or any neighboring community. We will contact registrants with our plans soon.
About the 5K - Participants receive a race shirt, custom bib, and finishers of the 5K receive a large medal.
About the Lil' Princess Girls Run - girls ages 8 and under can participate in this fun run of 50-200 yards based on age. Participants will receive a shirt, custom bib, tiara, and Lil' Princess medal. The Lil' Princess Fun Run starts after the 5K is complete (approximately 9:00 am).
About the Virtual 5K - run on your own whenever and wherever works for you and we will mail your shirt, bib, and finisher's medal to you.

DIVA DASH TEAMS
Diva Dash Teams - when registering you have the option to create or join a team. This allows you to not only create a fun name for your group and to keep track of which of your friends have signed up but also save on the registration fee if your team has four or more members! The first team member to sign up clicks on Create a Team and selects the team name. Then they tell their friends and family members the team name and when they sign up they click on Join a Team and select the team that they were referred to ! Everyone gets the discounted price when they sign up!

Personalized bib deadline - The personalized bib deadline is 6/20/20.
If registered by this date your bib number will be personalized with your first name!
WOMEN'S CUT T-SHIRTS
Shirts cut just for women! The tees are women's cut, which generally means more fitted in the torso and shorter in the sleeves. If you are used to a unisex shirt for races, please size up.

TREE House of Greater St. Louis
TREE House of Greater St. Louis, formerly known as Therapeutic Horsemanship, has provided award-winning equestrian therapy programs for people with disabilities in St. Louis City, St. Louis, St. Charles, Warren, and Lincoln Counties and the surrounding areas since 1975. Our programs serve individuals ages 2 and up. Clients participating in our equine-assisted therapy programs have some type of disability including, but not limited to: Autism, Cerebral Palsy, CVA/Stroke, Developmental Disabilities, Down syndrome, Epilepsy, Multiple Sclerosis, Muscular Dystrophy, Spina Bifida, Spinal Cord Injuries, Traumatic Brain Injuries, and Mental Retardation. On average, 75 percent of TH clients are under the age of 18. Learn more at thstl.org.
AWARDS
Awards will be given to the top overall female, top overall masters female and the top three in each age group: 10 and under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+
All awards will be given out at the event. Awards will not be mailed.
