Description
Location:
We will hold the clinic at one of the local parks in the Raleigh Durham area. Exact location TBD.
Itinerary:
800 - 815 - Meet and greet
815-900 - Lecture: Run mechanics, drills, form, strength and efficiency
900-945 - Run - warm up, dynamic & static stretching review, drills, form, individual filming
945-1030 - Brunch and film review
1030-1130 - Lecture: Specific run training & run training for triathlon
1130 - clinic ends
Cost:
$75 per athlete.
Current OSB athletes receive a 10 percent discount. Maximum 20 athletes.
What is included: Your coaches, a CD of presented materials & articles, a video (private youtube) of your running form mailed post-event, and brunch.
What is not included: hotel stay, car, transport, etcetera.
