Alpha Delta Pi's 11th Annual Superhero Sprint

We are so excited and grateful for your participation in Adpi's Superhero Sprint benefitting the Ronald McDonald House of Chapel Hill and the Alpha Delta Pi Foundation. This year’s 5K is a road race through the heart of Chapel Hill’s downtown. We are especially excited about this year’s race because it is the first year that runners will congregate on Franklin St. You will be able to learn about what Alpha Delta Pi does for RMH and see firsthand how our annual event benefits RMH of Chapel Hill. We can’t wait to see you on November 11th!

RONATHON 5K is a certified and timed event, but open to runners and walkers of all levels.

 Race Day Timeline:

6:15 – 7 AM: Runner check in/race day registration

7 AM: Welcome, Introductions (Introduce Bike Leaders)

7:10 AM: Remarks from Ronald McDonald House family

7:15 AM: Warm Up

7:25 AM: Runner Line Up

7:30 AM: Race Begins

9 – 9:30 AM: Sponsor Thank-You, Awards, Additional Wrap-up
