Fleet Feet Carrboro and Durham are joining forces to offer a trail program to get you through the winter. We will be exploring the trails in Carolina North and other local areas during the 9 week program. We will educate you on basic trail running concepts all while ensuring no one runs alone.
We ask that everyone interested in participating in the program has a reasonable fitness base. For any questions or concerns about your eligibility - please contact email@example.com.
There will be an information meeting on November 17th at 6:30 pm at the Carrboro store.
The workouts will be every Saturday morning at 8am starting on November 19th and finishing on January 14th, 2016 with the Little River Trail Run.
NOTE ON PACE GROUPS
This program will be divided into pace groups which you are able to self select. For safety reasons, all members of the group must stay together for the duration of the run. We ask that you are respectful of which group is appropriate for your ability. Being thoughtful about group selection will prevent groups going faster or slower than their designated pace. We may also request for participants to switch groups, please be understanding in these circumstances. If you have questions or concerns about which group you should choose the coaches and mentors will be able to advise you.
