Join our 5K for a scenic run through Afton Village.

At the Y, strengthening communities is our cause. The Cannon Memorial YMCA has been serving families in Cabarrus County since our founding in 1908. Our Y helps children and teens discover who they are and what they can achieve. We also help adults learn more, do more and live healthier lives. Within the YMCA's services lies the central goal of fulfilling its mission to put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all. Our proceeds help pay for membership and programs for those who otherwise could not afford to participate.

Event Schedule:

Friday, Sept 25th from 9a-7p: Packet pick up at the West Cabarrus YMCA

Satruday, Sept 26th

7am: Race Day registration, packet pick up

8am: 5K Run/Walk

9am: 1 Mile Fun Run

9:30am: 5K Awards Ceremony

 Division breakdowns:

Top 3 overall male and female

Top 3 in each age group male and female

Ages: 9 and under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and over.
