The 1st Annual Race Directors Symposium by Racing Toes (RDSRT) is a gathering of area race directors to share best practices and learn from each other. Whether you are new or seasoned, you should take advantage of this opportunity to meet and greet with other area race directors that share the same common goal - put on the best race possible. Come share your war and success stories and learn together on various topics from race organization, creating a social media buzz about your event, to motivating your volunteers to make your race truly special.
The events will be held in four locations for optimal participation. A low $10.00 commitment fee, includes light refreshments, a USB stick containing educational materials and links to videos, and the opportunity to network with local race directors and meet new friends and partners who can be your race advocates. The RDSRT is limited to the first 60 registrants (15 per location). The limited size is great for personal interaction yet large enough so various experiences can be shared. So pick a location and date that best suits your needs and get signed up!
