Wellness Walk 2015 W.E.C.A.H.N. Formally Known as Chatham Social Health Council Mission: WECAHN promotes health and wellness in our communities by offering prevention education, testing, access to care, and support services for people infected, affected or at high risk for HIV/AIDS, STD's and other health disparities. Vision: To implement sustainable programs in our communities through education and prevention by knowing your status, eliminating stigma and keeping individuals safe from transmitting communicable diseases.
