The Run F.A.S.T. Virtual 5k and 10k is a virtual race that benefits the National Stroke Association. F.A.S.T. is the acronym for recognizing and responding to a stroke - Face, Arm, Speech and Time. This race will raise money and awareness for the National Stroke Association and encourages participants to keep moving in the summer months when organized road races are often limited.
Why should I register?
If raising money for stroke awareness and prevention isn't convincing enough, all registered runners will receive a t-shirt and a medal.
