JCC Live ZOMBIE 5K

Online PAYPAL Registration opens August 18th at 1:00 AM EST and closes October 9th at 10:00 PM EST

Paper Registration forms need to be postmarked no later than September 30th. You can access a fillable registration form on our website. Fill out the form first and submit. Then return to race page to pay for your race entry fee.

Please check-in 30 minutes prior to your run to ensure that you have received your race bib and the race path information.

Runners who have pre-registered for the event will be advised to check-in at the “Current Runners” table, where you will receive your race bib. If you are an early bird registrant, you will receive both your race bib and race shirt.

Runners who have not pre-registered for the event will be advised to register and pay at the “New Runners” table. Please note that we only accept cash or PayPal Debit/Credit during race day registration.
Note: We don't take anything larger than a $20 on race day.

Jagger Dash is free for children 7 and under and will follow the 1 Mile ZOMBIE Fun RUN/WALK. You can pre-register your child for this event or sign up on race day.

We will even have a pumpkin patch on campus, which will be located adjacent to the check-in and registration area. Please stop by and purchase your favorite pumpkin out of the bunch. Or if a pumpkin is not what you are looking for and you want to partake in some festive eating. Then stop by our treats-n-eats area.

Wanna a 5K Shirt? We will have some shirts on hand. First come, first serve but sizes are limited. Previous 5K event shirts are $8 and the Zombie 5K shirt is $10. We do not have youth size shirts.

These additional activities are cash only.

Parking is free and is located in front of the Wilson & Tart building.

Contest will occur prior to the 1 Mile ZOMBIE Fun RUN/WALK.  Please note that you must be registered to run in order to participate in the ZOMBIE costume contest. All contestants must ensure that their costume is in fact "tasteful" for the setting that we are in. Additionally, runners should already be "in costume" prior to the contest which will occur at 9:30 am. Runners will not be permitted to use the facilities as a dressing room.

This event is held at Johnston Community College in Johnston County, NC. We are, at times, at the mercy of the unforeseeable circumstances that are beyond JCC Live’s control and as such, JCC Live must have the ability to postpone or cancel these events when health and safety concerns (or other unforeseeable acts) warrant.

JCC Live’s 5K races require an extensive amount of planning and pre-event expenses that include purchase of food and beverages, shirts, race awards, and course/pathway control. As such, JCC Live will not provide refunds to participant(s), sponsors, vendors, or others who have expended funds on the race. An exception is available for transferred or deployed active military personnel only — Thank you for your service to our country.
