Have you always wanted to run your first half or full marathon but don't know where to start? Have you already run either of these distances but want to get faster? If so then join us for our fall training program! It's a great way to get started at these distances or get faster while meeting some new friends along the way.
The program will last 14-16 weeks and will get you ready for any fall half marathon or marathon. The half marathon training assumes you have have completed at least a 4-6 mile long run and the full marathon training assumes you have completed at least one half marathon. As a participant, you'll benefit from weekly training runs, get tips from experienced coaches, as well as tremendous support and motivation from fellow members. Our runs will incorporate distance, speed, pacing drills and hill work to get you ready for your half marathon. There's a place for all paces and levels of experience.
