UPDATE: Programs start the week of September 19. Annual Fall Track and Cross Country Championship at Lenape HS is October 23 at 1:00pm (rain date October 30).
For athletes pre K - 8th grade (ages 4-14):
World Athlete® Track Academy promotes healthy lifestyles and lifelong recreation through the sport of track and field. With age appropriate training and equipment, young athletes enjoy learning track & field basic skills along with personal fitness strategies. Children are coached in sprinting, hurdling, jumping, relays, weight training and conditioning. Age-appropriate equipment is used. The sessions improve athletic performance, fine motor skills, balance, coordination, team building and self esteem. Each session is 45 minutes. In the event of a session cancellation, there will be 1 make-up session after the completion of the program.
EVENING PROGRAMS - TRACK AND FITNESS SESSIONS
5 weeks (45 minute sessions)
These groups meet at Laurel Acres Park (Church St. entrance) in Mt. Laurel. Pick the time and day of the session you want. Once a week or twice a week sessions are available. There will only be a maximum of 16 children per session.
Times and dates may change depending on availability of coaching staff

AFTERSCHOOL PROGRAMS (for children in Mt. Laurel Public Schools):
5 weeks (45 minute session each week) + the annual Fall Fitness Track meet at Lenape HS
Mondays- Countryside & Hartford
Tuesdays - Parkway & Springville
Wednesdays- Fleetwood & Larchmont
Thursday- Hillside
Parent pick-up is required. Aftercare students returned to Aftercare staff at end of session. Minimum of 6 students/school is required.
