Description
The 5K will bring police officers, firefighters, EMTs and paramedics (and those who support them) together for a scenic run along Oneida Lake. This is a USATF sanctioned event, timed by Leone Timing. Prizes and awards will go to top runners in various age categories, with a special recognition to the police, fire or ambulance agency with the most representation at the race. The run is hosted by the First In Foundation, a not-for-profit serving police, fire and EMS in Central New York. Founded in 2014, the First In Foundation serves to assist and support those in public safety in and around Central New York.
