Pilot WalkFIT Beginner Program
What is WalkFIT? This mini program is a pilot session of the WalkFit Beginner 5k program. WalkFIT is strictly walking and perfect for the beginner exerciser. WalkFIT helps participants take the first steps to a healthy life style.
Who should join WalkFIT? WalkFIT beginner helps you take the first steps towards a healthy lifestyle. WalkFIT is an excellent choice if you are currently inactive and want to improve your fitness level and overall health. You will meet wonderful fitness friends and enjoy working out in a supportive and motivational environment. At Fleet Feet Sports we are passionate about helping you get fit, and walking is a excellent low impact activity to do that!
START DATE: Tuesday May 12th at 6:00 PM at Fleet Feet Sports
LOCATION: Fleet Feet Sports, 2290 Delaware Ave. Suite 400 Buffalo, NY 14216
CLASS FORMAT: 1 weekly organized and coached group walk on Tuesday evenings
6:00pm on Tuesday evenings at Fleet Feet Sports
COST: Early bird registration fee $40.00 until May 9th on May 10th the fee increases to $47.00. (Sorry no refunds.)
