9 a.m. Start Time for Runners and Walkers
For the first time ever, Ibero will host its first 5K Run/Walk for Health, supported by a grant from the Greater Rochester Health Foundation. Our award-winning programs focus on changing lives and strengthening families in the City of Rochester through hands-on learning and practices. Health and Wellness has become a big focus of our work, especially after our CFO suffered a heart attack and underwent quadruple bypass surgery earlier this year. We invite you to join us in our efforts to build a stronger community! The first 50 registrants will receive a running shirt. Payments can be made by check or at www.iaal.org. Event will be emceed by WROC-TV's Maureen McGuire.

As Ibero employees, the greatest joy we experience is the success of the individuals we serve every day. Children at our Early Childhood Center come to us full of promise. They leave with newfound skills that will help them enter school. Through our youth programs in the Rochester City School District, our youth mentors and leaders offer academic and social support to students in great need. Our Family Services Division focuses on keeping families together through parenting classes and other trainings. Our Developmental Disabilities Division ensures individuals with special needs have a high quality of life. It is because of the community's support that we are able to strengthen families, build a stronger community and lead people to self-sufficiency. Your participation in our First 5K RunWalk for Health will help us continue our work.
