The Annual Monster Dash 5K, 10K and Little Monster's Mile is on Halloween this year - Saturday, October 31st @ 10 a.m. at Highland Elementary School.
Whether you're looking to burn off one too many bite-sized candy bars or just get into the spirit of the season, this is a great Halloween race and it will do just the trick--and be a treat to run. Just grab your sneakers, find the perfect costume, and keep in mind that you probably won't be setting a PR.
