Join us for our the 2015 Harvest Hustle 5K/1K on Sunday, October 18 in downtown Portland. All proceeds will support the Institute on Development & Disability and Camp Odakoda, a camp for adolescents with autism. Families throughout the region turn to the IDD for care, compassion, and resources for infants, children, and adults with developmental disabilities or special health needs. In addition to clinical service, the IDD actively participates in research, public health/community outreach, and education/training to continuously improve knowledge and practice while working with patients and families in the hospital, in outpatient clinics, or in the patients home.
Last year we had nearly 800 participants and are hoping for a bigger turnout this year! It will be a great time for competitive athletes, families, advocates, and those who wish to participate in a community event that will have a lasting impact on thousands of adolescents with disabilities. We hope you can join us for an event that will be filled with wonderful people, great food and music!
