Calling all Runners, Walker, Cyclists, Swimmers & Weekend Warriors

4. Are you wanting to understand the "Must Do's" of nutrition so that you can preform at your greatest potential on a daily basis?
If you answered "Yes" to any or all of these questions then we invite you to join us for this 2.5 hour workshop as we focus on the importance of core strength and the value of incorporating functional fitness into your training. We will define and explain the benefits of Cross Training, Functional Fitness & CrossFit. We will define the elements of a WOD (Workout of the Day) and help you put together the puzzle pieces of Movements, Time & Reps. We will discuss Nutrition, the top 20% of the "Important Stuff" to keep you on top of your game!
