Consists of in-person 2023 races for our Winter’s End 4.5 Mile Run (March 19), Cherry Blossom 5 Mile Run (May 7), and the 20K Run (November 12).
Cash and participation prizes to be awarded! Every runner who runs and finishes in all three races qualifies for a commemorative microfleece vest. See series website for more info.
Runners are not allowed to be accompanied by animals.
Baby strollers of any type are not permitted.
Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on campus.
Trophies to the top male and female. Medals to top 3 males and top 3 females in each age group.

Roads are narrow. No spectator vehicles are allowed on the course during the race. Spectators may view the race from the start/finish area, the parking lot areas, and also from the turnaround point near the intersection next to Lake Lehman High School.
The Wyoming Valley Striders extends its gratitude to the Pennsylvania State University, Wilkes-Barre Campus, Dallas, for their assistance in this race. Appreciation is also extended to the Supervisors and Police of Lehman Township for their cooperation.

Directions to the Penn State Wilkes-Barre Campus at Lehman: from the Wilkes-Barre area, take the North Cross-Valley Expressway (Route 309) and proceed north towards Dallas. At the end of the divided highway, turn left at the first traffic light (Hillside Road) and follow the signs to the campus (approx. 5 1/2 miles); from Berwick, follow Route 11 to West Nanticoke and take Route 29 to Route 118. Turn right on Route 118 and follow it until you see the sign for the Penn State University Campus.
