According to the National Breast Cancer Foundation, 1 in every 8 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in their life time. Breast Cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer in women. Each year it is estimated that over 220,000 women in the United States will be diagnosed with breast cancer and more than 40,000 will die. Directly or indirectly, chances are you or someone you know and love has been dramatically affected by this horrible disease. As a strong group of women, Alpha Theta Alpha is taking the first step in doing an essential part in order to make a difference. Join us in fighting against and ending Breast Cancer!
Alpha Theta Alpha is a local organization for women located on the campus of La Salle University in Philadelphia, PA. Each day, we teach and support one another while creating everlasting friendships. Sisters, old and new, share the special bond of sisterhood that accompanies becoming a part of this sorority. Sisters of AΘA are known throughout our campus by professors, administrators, non-greek life, athletes, and locally. We embrace La Salle's tight-knit community and always strive to improve in everything we do. Click on About Alpha Theta Alpha to learn more!
