Roy Thorpe Memorial 5k Run/Walk

Course: The course starts at the Robert D. Wilson Elementary School and continues left onto Belmont Street (route 296 South).  The course then makes a left onto the Owego Turnpike and left again into the Camp Ladore complex.  The course runs parallel to Lake Ladore (look out for the hill) and emerges on South Street.  Te race concludes with a downhill sprint to the finish line which is located on Railroad Lane next to the Waymart tennis court complex.

Day of Registration: Will be held from 7:30am-8:45am the day of the race.

Age Divisions: Under 10, 11-12, 13-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & Over

Stroller Division: (run only) Top three participants to complete the course pushing a child stroller will receive prize medals.  No duplicate winners.

Kids 1 mile Fun Run: All children 10 years of age or younger can compete in a 1 mile fun run free of charge.  Completed registration forms are required for all participants in the Fun Run.

Prizes: The First place Overall Male and Female participants will receive a trophy.  The top three male and female participants to finish in each age divsion will receive medals. (no duplicate winners)
