Race for the Summitt 5K

The ninth annual Knoxville Race for the 5K is organized by the University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Pharmacy's American Pharmacist Association - Academy of Student Pharmacists chapter to benefit The Pat Summitt Foundation. The Pat Summitt Foundation was founded by the legendary head coach of the Lady Vols Basketball team, Coach Pat Summitt, to promote education and research for Alzheimer's disease. The race course features a 5K tour of Tyson Park. Show your support for Coach Summitt by running or walking in the race and asking friends and family members to become Memory Donors.
