Description
This race is being held to honor former and current military heroes.
Athletes in Action and Valor work closely with Texas A&M University’s NCAA and club athletes and the members of the Corp of Cadets. We exist to love and support the athletes and cadets through sharing the good news of Jesus Christ. We share the gospel with these two groups, build them up in their faith, teach them how to share their faith, and then send them out to share their faith with others. We desire to see a follower of Christ on every team of every sport and in every unit of each branch of the military. We provide them with bible studies, one-on-one discipleship, and resources to share their faith with others.
The race will be held on the Texas A&M Watts Cross Country Course. Everybody will receive a race shirt and finishers medals. Awards will be handed out to overall male and female winners. Participants can check out sponsor booths afterwards!
