Description
The Kay Theater 5K is a fundraiser for the renovation of our 1940's Quonset style theater. Participants will receive a t-shirt and a ticket for a pancake breakfast that they can enjoy in our beautifully renovated interior.
This year, we are excited to be part of the 2nd annual Rockdale Fall Music Festival! After the Run, you can stick around for weenie dog races, park and shine, food trucks, craft vendors and of course, live music all day, starting with the Community Band at the Kay Theater. Come for the Run and stay all day! We will start the day with a "Trick or Treat" Children's run. Children will collect treats as they race from one "trick" station to another.
Costume wearing (family friendly) is encouraged and there will be a costume contest for both adults and children! Zombies are added to the adult race for extra fun!
Not a runner? Come enjoy our pancake Breakfast! $4 for kids and $6 for adults.
Overall Male Adult and female adult winner receives $100 cash prize. Course Certification:TX18081LAB
