Description
Join us for a course preview training day with special guest Siri Lindley. Siri is a former pro triathlete and triathlon coach who has worked with a number of Olympic and Ironman athletes and champions. We are excited to have her join us for a training day that will take you through each discipline of the triathlon - swim, bike and run. Registration is free but space is limited and you MUST pre-register.
This clinic is open to ALL levels of experence and paces. We will have lots of volunteers, kayaks and experienced athletes on hand to help. The course will be secured by Whitehouse Police.

Training Day Agenda
- 7:30 AM - Welcome/Day preview - John Cobb & Siri Lindley
- 8:00 AM - 650 meter swim start
- 8:30 AM - 12-mile bike start (No one starts the bike until all swimmers are out of the water)
- 9:30 AM - 3.1 Mile Run
- 10:30 AM - Q&A/Open Forum with Siri Lindley
- 11:30 AM - Cookout (more info to come!)
