-Sport Course - 1 milekayak - 11 mile mountain bike - 5K trail run
-Elite Course - 2 mile kayak - 14 mile mountain bike - 5 mile trail run
-Solo racers and relay teams of two or three
In the inugural Fountainhead Trail Tri, solo racers and relay teams of two or three will kayak the beautiful Occoquan Reservoir, ride the world class terrain of the Fountainhead Mountain Bike Trail System, and run rugged and challenging hiking trails. This will be an epic day!
Fountainhead Regional Park is located along the banks of the Occoquan Reservoir. This park has some of the most beautiful and remote feeling terrain in Fairfax County, Virginia, only 30 minutes outside of Washington D.C.
